Philly Police Caught Abusing Citizens With Stop & Frisk
If you weren’t convinced that stop & frisk programs are detrimental to the well-being of civil society, then maybe this video will change your mind. A harrowing encounter with police in Philadelphia began simply because a man said hello to a stranger–an act the police officer said doesn’t happen “in this neighborhood.”
