Sleeping in Makeup

Most of us know the number one rule for being sure you skin stays in one piece after being buried for hours under make up, is to properly remove it from the skin before going to sleep. Not only does your skin restore itself when you are resting, it also creates new cells and that can’t properly happen with layers of product left on the skin. Invest in wipes or an oil- based cleanser to break up make up quickly and efficiently.
