Racists Furious After News Channel Calls Dust Storm a ‘Haboob’

Loads of bigots in Texas are up in arms after Lubbock news station KCBD-TV posted a picture earlier this week of a haboob, which is the term used by meteorologists for a dust storm and is Arabic in origin.

“Haboob northwest of Lubbock as seen from the Science Spectrum. If you must drive west of Lubbock, plan for near-zero visibility in blowing dust and strong winds of 50+ mph,” read the caption which accompanied a photo of a massive wall of dust advancing across the plains.

It didn’t take long for ‘muricans to hop on social media and start leaving comments like, “Give me a break…it’s called a dust storm..Texas is not a rag head country.”

Check out all the ignorance up top.
