RHOA Husbands Do NOT Get Paid!!! That Explains Apollo’s Need For Money…
Peter Thomas, Gregg Leakes, and Apollo Nida stopped by Bethenny No Limits to discuss their roles on RHOA. I am shocked to learn that none of the RHOA husbands receive checks from Bravo for their role on the series, or the ratings. Of course their visibility on the show lead to other income making opportunities, but no checks from Bravo. When asked by Bethenny if they get paid they quickly said:
Peter: No! It’s more like a part time job for us. It’s not demanding all of our time as much as it do for the girls. We pretty much there as support for them.
Gregg: …and benefits
Appollo: You get perks, there’s perks.
Apollo goes on to talk about being thrown onto the show straight out of prison after serving six years. The transition into fame has been especially hard for him.
