Runway Recap: 90 Years Of Fantasy For Fendi Couture
For Fendi’s 90th anniversary, the couture show was held at the epic Trevi Fountain, where editors were flown in from the Paris shows on a fendi-branded charter plane.
Of course they were. Why would Karl have it any other way. The theme manifested fairy tales and legends, and the top models were requested to showcase the celebratory collection, on a backdrop of fantasy and magic.
With a melange of mystical colors, and 3D applique embroidery, onlookers were treated to a chunk of heaven with style. Models were adorned in printed fur, long gowns with sheer panels and a spectrum of blues to tantalize the tastebuds.
