Charles Cohen, the Philadelphia-based synthesizer pioneer, was arrested on September 28. He was charged with criminal attempt of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 16, unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility, Philly Mag reports (via FACT).

Cohen allegedly placed an ad on Craigslist. He was reportedly contacted by a police officer who was posing as a 14-year-old on Craigslist and was arrested at their agreed-upon meeting place. Bail has been set at $100,000.

Cohen released a new album earlier this year—his first full-length solo release since 1988.
