Tia Mowry Gets Wrapped In Lettuce For PETA

Tia Mowry–Hardrict is all about a vegan lifestyle.  And chick is covered only in lettuce to prove it.  Check out the "Tia & Tamera" star keeping it cute in her brand new PETA ad to promote veganism….

Ever since actress Tia Mowry gave birth to her baby boy Cree, she’s been all about clean & healthy living for herself and her whole fam.  And if you watch her style network reality show like we do, you would see all the organic recipes and concoctions she’s constantly creating for her husband and son. 

So it’s only right the fab chick makes a statement for the cause.  Wearing nothing but an apron made of fresh lettuce leaves (from costume designer Mia Gyzander), Tia Mowry shows how fun—and sexy—vegan cooking can be in a sassy new ad campaign for PETA that reads, "Let Veganism Grow on You."

"I wanted to become a voice for my community. … I wanted to educate my culture about the benefits of becoming vegan," Mowry explained in an exclusive PETA interview. "The more you learn about the benefits of being vegan, the more you become alive and the more you become aware of why it’s a really great decision. Not only am I helping myself, I’m helping the animals out there, I’m helping the environment—going vegan, I feel great."

And to kick off the new campaign, she and her family hit PETA’s Bob Barker Building today (Monday) to unveil the Robert Sebree-shot ad in person:

Tia’s twin sis Tamera came out to support.  And the fabulous chick is looking better than ever while juggling her new Nick-At-Nite show "Instant Mom", a new season of her & Tamera’s reality show, and the sisters’ brand new business venture, Milky!
