 While Evelyn is in New York City and Carl is on the road, Shaniece agrees to help take care of Leo…but there are rules. Shaniece’s dog must be watched closely, and she’s not allowed to sleep with her boyfriend in Evelyn’s house. Sha is nervous but excited to take on the responsibility.

Evelyn lands in New York and meets with friends at Cosmo Latina to get advice on how to deal with the delayed release of her second book. Experienced in the publishing world, Ev’s friends tell her what she can do to keep fans interested.

Back in Los Angeles, Shaniece and her boyfriend, Zat, take care of Evelyn’s 1-year-old son. Now, Sha wonders even more if she sees herself getting married and starting a family with Zat any time soon.

Finally, back in the Bronx, Evelyn’s family gathers to read the DNA test results that could reveal her grandfather’s identity. Evelyn’s mother, Sylvia, is both thrilled and nervous to learn that she may discover the answer to a 60-year-old family mystery.

Livin’ Lozada follows the lives of Evelyn Lozada (of “Basketball Wives” fame), and her 21-year-old daughter, Shaniece. Evelyn has moved on from the heartache of her highly publicized break up in a big way. She is engaged to professional baseball player CarlCrawford and the happy couple have a 1-year-old son, Leo.

Between learning to be a mom all over again, setting up a new life in Los Angeles for her family, working on getting the sequel to her first book published, and handling issues surrounding her family back East, Evelyn has a lot going on!
