Who Is Carlinda Mclean????

The streets have been buzzing about the very talented and humble Carlinda McLean! But the question is, WHO IS SHE!!! This virtuous woman of God knew at a very young age that she wanted to not only be a singer; but she wanted to be a STAR!! However, life’s hardships began to take a toll on the aspiring young artist and her outlook on life shifted as she began to go through. It was only then that she realized she had a higher calling and needed to fulfill her purpose.

Carlinda has openly admitted that she’s endured physical, mental and emotional abuse throughout her life. It was these trying times that birthed a great amount of pain, heartache and shame in this young woman’s life. There were even times that she’d lost all hope.  There were often times she felt she could no longer face life. And it was in those moments she turned to alcohol, pills, and food to ease the pain. With depression setting in, Carlinda attempted suicide as her only means to an end. She thought death was her only avenue to have peace.

“All I can say now is what the enemy meant for my bad, God was using for His good. With all of the sufferings in my past and even the obstacles I face today, I realize God is preparing me for such a time as this.  For  a time to minister effectively to His people. I can not minister to anyone if I have yet to experience  what they have gone through myself. We go through so we can help bring others through.  I’m just a survivor , willing to testify to all, that God is a healer, a provider, a friend, a lover, a deliver. He is all that we need if we allow Him to be.”
