Whoa! Jennifer Lawrence Goes Super-Sexy in Low-Cut Crop Top and Tight Skirt (PHOTO)
Jennifer Lawrence has come a long way from the girl who used to shop at yard sales. The actress stepped out in N.Y.C. wearing an unexpectedly sexy abs-baring look — and she totally nailed it.
The 24-year-old star was snapped leaving a building in Manhattan on Sunday, wearing a black crop top and matching black pencil skirt (both Michael by Michael Kors), which she teamed with a gold choker, metallic clutch and strappy Jimmy Choo heels. Her hair extensions are still going strong, and she styled her mane with textured waves. The skin-baring look marks a departure from the usually laidback street style outfits Lawrence favors (like blousy tops plus cutoffs).
What was the occasion? Lawrence joined Hunger Games co-star Josh Hutcherson at a dinner party for Lionsgate’s Chief Brand Officer, Tim Palen, in honor his new book, Tim Palen: Photographs from The Hunger Games.

Lawrence is reportedly apartment hunting in Manhattan (she’s definitely dressing the part!), and has been snapped all over the city over the past week. And in true J.Law-fashion, she made sure to joke around with the paparazzi leaving the Waverly Inn last Friday with a unibrow, mustache and goatee drawn on her face. And she kicked things off on Wednesday mugging it up for the cameras with a pair of chopsticks hanging out of her mouth at she left popular restaurant Nobu.
