You’re Going To See Much More Of That ‘Boyhood’ Actor
You’ve seen the many faces of Ellar Coltrane. In fact you’ve seen his face evolve overtime. In his debut Oscar nominated film, ‘Boyhood’ we watched the brown haired boy literally grow up in front of our eyes. He went from cherubic and slightly chubby tot to a skinny, shaggy haired teenager and young adult. And now you’re about to see quite a few more faces.
Coltrane this week signed on to model under Wilhelmina models. Of course he won’t be the only glitzy name on that roster: Nick Jonas beat him to that a few months ago. But it does seem like the industry is taking quite a liking to him.
In concert with announcing the representation, Wilhelmina announced that Coltrane will be appearing in V Man, i-D and Paper magazines. In fact for V man he’s going to be shot by Hedi Slimane, and let’s be honest, when you look at him he does look like Slimane’s ideal model. Maybe a campaign or catwalk appearance for Saint Laurent is in the works.
