We’ve been saying since the first week of September that Kerry Washington looks to be expecting. The extra roomy dresses she never wore before, the much fuller face, speeding through MAJOR red carpets (like the Emmys)…it all signals a baby on the way to us.
And today, Us Weekly reports that a friend of the 36-year-old TV and movie star confirms she is indeed pregnant!
"She’s about four months along," a pal tells Us of Washington. (Thus far, the mom-to-be has kept any hint of a baby bump concealed under roomy dresses.)
This will be the first child for Kerry and her NFL baller husband Nnamdi Asomugha.
And we’re not necessarily expecting an official announcement from Kerry…especially since she never made an official announcement about her secret marriage this summer! But she has spoken about being a married woman when prompted in interviews.
Kerry’s also been toting around her dog Josie in a big bag that draws attention away from her belly. Another decoy.
But we’re on to you Ms. Pope. Can’t cover up EVERYTHING.
