Chicago rapper Chief Keef has had a string of bad luck with the law this year that continued this week, when he was forced to fork over $11,000 of back child support to avoid jail time. According to TMZ, a Cook County, IL judge made the offer to the “Hate Being Sober” rapper back in October, which helped him to avoid being arrested on site.
He’s due back in court on December 10th to face charges after blowing off mandatory child support hearings earlier this year. If found in contempt, a judge could send him back to jail, which he’s already visited twice this year for drug related charges.
