Despite the outrage over the alleged racial profiling going on at Barneys, Jay Z’s new holiday collection officially launched at the store yesterday.
Titled “A New York Holiday,” the collection features a series of extremely expensive items from high end designers. We’re talking a $995 Balmain tee shirt, $4,500 THE ELDER STATESMAN cashmere throw, and $58,000 Rick Owens Mollino crocodile jacket.
Needless to say, the ultra-luxe collection has gotten a lot of people talking. Many fans are wondering exactly who it’s aimed at; the average person certainly can’t afford the items.
