GQ just released their annual list of the world’s most stylish men, and there were some fresh faces on the list.
One new face was Jaden Smith, son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, who has been making style news lately, from his decision to wear a dress to prom, wear flowers in his hair at Coachella and infamously wearing a Batman suit to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding.
He opened up to GQ about his unique sartorial choices, and his style inspirations explain everything.
“I wore the Batman suit to heighten my experience at the wedding and prom which was fun, but also at the wedding I felt as though I needed to protect everyone there and needed to have the proper gear to do so,” Smith told GQ.
As to who he looks to for style inspiration, along with his dad who starred in “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” he names, “Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Superman, and Kanye West.” Smith’s style secrets might be more nontraditional than most, but he wasn’t the only one to share their approach to fashion.
