Alexander Wang Taps 38 of His Famous Friends (like Cara Delevingne and Kim Kardashian) to Star in New Charitable Campaign

How do you celebrate 10 years of fashion success? Well, if you’re Alexander Wang, you launch a capsule collection compromised of 25 of your best-selling pieces, and then ask 38 of your best (and most famous) friends to front a star-studded ad campaign.

In celebration of 10 highly successful (and high fashion!) years in the industry, the designer is launching “Wang 10,” a capsule collection full of his best-selling pieces from the past decade.

To add to the much-hyped-about collection, Wang has also partnered with DoSomething, a global organization that supports both youth and social change, to create four Alexander Wang x Do Something T-shirts and sweatshirts. Even cooler? Fifty percent of each piece’s retail price will go directly to the charity.

And then Wang tapped 38 (yes, 38!) celebrities (who also happen to be his closest friends), including Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Kristen Wiig, the girls of HAIM, Joan Smalls, Rod Stewart, Lauren Hutton, Pamela Anderson, Tyga and many, many more, to star in the ads.
