Matthew Knowles Gets Married Again
Beyonce has a new addition to her family. No, she hasn’t secretly had another kid. Her father and former manager, Matthew Knowles, has re-married. Two years after he and Tina Knowles divorced in late 2011, Matthew has married former model Gena Avery. He was married last week–on the same day as the BET Awards. Beyonce nor her sister Solange attended the ceremony. Matthew and Tina were married for almost 30 years before he fathered a child with actress Alexsandra Wright in 2010. Beyonce and her father’s relationship has been somewhat estranged ever since. She fired him as her manager in late 2011. |
