BJ the Chicago Kid Shares D’Angelo Covers EP

Over the weekend, BJ the Chicago Kid celebrated the 16th anniversary of D’Angelo‘s classic track “Untitled (How Does It Feel)” by releasing a cover of the track, the Fader points out. It came with an EP featuring two more D’Angelo covers: “Always in my Hair” and “Send It On”. Hear them below, and scroll down to watch the original “Untitled (How Does It Feel)” video.

“His musicality is beyond this world,” BJ The Chicago Kid said of D’Angelo in a press release. “I had to celebrate his genius by paying homage to his legacy while he continues to kill the game and make great music. It’s a new year and there’s no better way to start it off than taking it back to where it all began for me. This is real soul/R&B.”
