Fans may have been wondering why R&B bad boy Chris Brown didn’t make an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards this past weekend, but it looks like Breezy decided to spend some quality with his unofficial boo Karrueche Tran. The couple shared some photos of them hanging out in Hawaii around the same time the awards were taking place in Brooklyn, NY.

The couple shared pics of them on the beach and cruising around together.

Its interesting to note that Chris Brown and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna made headlines at last year’s awards show when they were spotted kissing in the audience. It was the first public display of affection between the couple in three years. They eventually got back together, only to broke up earlier this year.
