I gotta hand it to Miley Cyrus. She’s been pretty creative with her Halloween costumes. Last year, she dressed up as Nicki Minaj. This year, Miley posted this photo of her dressed as Lil Kim in her infamous 1999 VMA outfit. Remember that? The purple pasty over her breast and Diana Ross jiggling her boob?
You know, I LOVE that Miley did this. Because just recently Dancing With The Stars dancer Julianne Hough was all over the news recently for dressing up as Crazy Eyes from Orange Is The New Black. If you don’t know, Crazy Eyes is a Black woman. And Julianne thought it was appropriate to wear blackface with her costume. SMH Look at Miley.
