Cuba Gooding Jr. is parting ways with his Pacific Palisades home where he’s lived since 2000 for $11.995 million. The actor purchased the crib in 2000 for $3.5 million, and extensively renovated the property over a period of two years.
The seven bedroom, six and a half bath mansion features a roller hockey rink, pool, spa, home theater, six-car garage, boxing gym, wine cellar, and butler’s pantry. Upscale details include French doors and windows, walnut and stone floors, and beamed ceilings. The master bedroom boasts a fireplace, terrace, marble bath, and massive closets. The resort-style grounds include a private driveway, large lawn, and detached guest house.
