After speculation over Lil Wayne’s new album, Drake announced the release date to The Carter V.
The rappers rocked the stage at Sprite’s NBA All-Star Party at the House of Blues to deliver the big news. “If you want to hear Lil Wayne at his best, if you wanna hear Young Money at they best… Carter V, May 5,” said Drizzy. “Just know we about this shit for real.”
Lil Wayne’s previous effort I Am Not A Human Being II, received mixed reviews from fans but sold over 500,000. Last year he tweeted that he would be hard at work to win his fans back.
