Retired NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe is saying goodbye to his 14,821-square-foot Bend, Oregon home. The former New England Patriots star has listed the property, designed in 2008, for $9.95 million.
The estate sits on a 10-acre plot in a gated community which Bledsoe and his wife purchased in 2004 for a meager $750,000. It boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms spread across four floors. Details include beam ceilings, stone fireplaces and many other luxury finishes.
Other amenities include a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and temperature-controlled wine room. Outside sits a pool and hot tubs with expansive views of the Cascade Mountains.

Bledsoe, who currently serves as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for son’s high school football team, also owns a number of businesses, including a winery, a private investment firm, and a coffee roasting company.
