Eminem’s childhood home could be yours. The house, which sits in the Greensbriar neighborhood of Detroit, was put on the auction block recently at a very affordable price.
The Detroit news says the house was owned by Deborah Mathers from 1989 until 2003. Its currently up for a modest $44,400, but thats still an increase from the last selling price in 2007–$24,650.
Eminem could easily purchase the home if he wanted to, but something tells me he’ll probably keep the past behind him.
