Rapper/producer Iamsu! opens up about his relationship with Sage the Gemini, revealing that the two recorded their hit record “Gas Pedal” they first day they met. While he didn’t think it was going to be a hit when they recorded it, Iamsu! says that he realized its potential about a week after releasing it online and seeing the reaction.
The single went platinum, which Iamsu! says proves to himself that “there’s a lot more that needs to be done.” He adds to his statement by saying that he’s now striving for a diamond record.
