An aspiring Chicago rapper that goes by “L’A Capone” Anderson was shot and killed while leaving a South Shore studio Thursday.
Chicago PD spokeswoman Amina Greer said the rapper, who is friends with Lil Durk, was shot in the right thigh and lower back as he walked through an alley near the studio.
Lil Durk first tweeted, “Get well lil bro,” but sadly, four hours later he followed the well wishes with “rip lil bro” after the 17-year-old was confirmed dead at the Northwestern Hospital.
