Ja Rule is finally back on the music scene with his new track “Fresh Out Da Pen”. After spending the past two years in prison he offers his latest track and he is still riding with Murder Inc. Ja Rule along with Irv Gotti paid a visit to New York’s number one radio station for hip hop, Hot 97, and chatted it up with Angie Martinez. This track has me excited as he brings back that real grimey New York rap that has been missing for awhile.
