I just wanted to share my squats story with you guys because a lot of people don’t believe squats really work, but they do! When I lost weight initially, I lost a lot of fat from all over my body including my buttocks and a lot of my weight loss came from extensive cardio. Once I got down to a weight I was happy with, I decided I needed to bulk up in the rear area so I began a “butt lifting” regimen. I started by wearing my
butt lifter garment during my thigh/butt workouts, and that helped lift my butt. While wearing my
garment, I would do 30 minutes of different squat exercises and also I used 20-60 lbs dumbbells to add resistance. It took about 4 months to go from the picture on the left to the one on the right, but I am proof that squats really do work!!
