An L.A. Lakers fan by the name of Barak Golan claims that James Harden assaulted him back on November 3rd, and has filed a lawsuit suing the bearded baller for unspecified damages as a result. Mr. Golan alleges that the incident occurred as Harden was exiting the Greystone Manor nightclub located in West Hollywood. Apparently Harden got into the back seat of an SUV and rolled down the window to greet fans before he drove off, which is when Mr. Golan allegedly yelled, “Kobe owns your ass!” which prompted Harden to punch him clean in his face.
After being allegedly decked in the face, Mr. Golan claims that Harden stuck up his middle finger at him while the SUV drove away. Harden’s representatives have yet to release a comment on the matter.
