Did she or didn’t she? According to Radar Online, the "Life With La Toya" star exchanged wedding vows with her longtime friend and business partner, Jeffre Phillips in Los Angeles in front of her mother, Katherine Jackson, and nephew Prince.
Fans of LaToya’s show may recall that Jeffre popped the question a few weeks ago and it appears that she said yes…..allegedly.
