Justin Bieber is above your petty criticisms.

At least, he seems to think so.

The teen idol spoke up an interview with Teen People about the flak he’s been catching for some of his behavior lately. According to the Beebz, he’s on Jay-Z’s level, and he can’t be bothered with other people’s opinions when he’s on Jay-Z’s level.

“I don’t need to address every speculation,” he said when asked about the scrutiny and the rumors.

“Remember when Cam’ron dissed Jay-Z? Jay-Z didn’t even respond,” he added. “Why didn’t he respond? Because he’s Jay-Z.”
