Kreayshawn, the female rapper from Oakland, who hit it big in 2011 with her overnight smash hit “Gucci Gucci” went on to sign a major label deal with Columbia. Unfortunately for Kreayshawn the album didn’t sell well. In fact, the album debuted at number 112 on the Billboard 200 in its first week of its release, making it the all-time lowest first week sales by an artist signed to a major record label, according to HitsDailyDouble.
Kreayshawn, who has joked about the album’s poor sales, has just shared her total earnings from the lackluster sales. She took to her Twitter account to reveal the details. “This is my cut I got on my album sales,” she writes. The photo shows her PayPal account and a payment of $0.01.
