As two of Orlando, Florida’s premiere indie artists Lester Sanchez and Quincy Jamal are no strangers to working with one another. A clear track record of chemistry on songs like “Sky High” and “Perfect” in early 2019 show potential for the pair. Potential turns into reality today as their collaborative EP “Wentworth” arrives. In regards to the project’s inspiration Lester Sanchez states: “Wentworth is the neighborhood me and Quincy grew up in and where we met. Typical story, low income housing, both growing up single moms with nothing but stress and problems. We made the best of it though.” Clocking in at 9 tracks, “Wentworth” combines Quincy Jamal’s lyrical ability with Lester Sanchez’s penchant for catchy and melodic hooks.
