Miley Cyrus has been getting so hood over the last few months that almost every rumor that surfaces about her hoodrat behavior seems at least a little believable. The latest “controversy” surrounding the former Hannah Montana involved her backside–which allegedly had been tattooed with wings. The buzz began after images of what fans thought was Miley wearing short shorts and what looked like a tattoo on her butt.
