Kourtney Kardashian was named in a lawsuit by model Michael Girgenti, who claims that he is the father of her son Mason, not Scott Disick. He revealed that Kourtney met him on the set of a photoshoot in 2008, and they began a texting relationship.
In 2009, she texted Michael to reveal that she and Scott were on the outs, and she wanted to meet up. According to Michael, they had unprotected sex, and nine months later Kourtney gave birth to Mason.
He is requesting a DNA test from Kourtney, Scott, Mason, and himself, which the judge has set a hearing for in September.
