Last night on his online show “Larry King Now”, Larry King sat down with Morrissey for an in-depth interview, billed as Morrissey’s first in 10 years.
In the chat, they discussed the GOP, Donald Trump, and Obama (“Is he white inside? I think it’s a very logical question”); Morrissey’s alleged sexual assault by airport security (“he went straight for my private bits, and then he put his finger down my rear cleavage”); his cancer diagnosis last year (“you don’t really hear that c-word when people say it; it just seems to drift over you”); his ongoing depression, and the temptation to harm oneself (“everybody thinks about it – even people who mistakenly assume that they’re happy”); and, naturally, his quibbles with the music industry.
