Elle Varner set off this weekend’s BET Awards at the Savoy Entertainment Center in Inglewood last night.  The cutie rocked out for her fans and had a line wrapped around the corner to get in.

And over in Germany, Frank Ocean debuted 3 new songs for the crowd.  Looks like he’s already wrapping up another album.  And he’s giving us a taste of what to expect:
