According to reports coming from TMZ, the plot has thickened regarding Pharrell and Will.i.am’s lawsuits against one another. Will previously filed a lawsuit against Pharrell claiming that his “I Am Other” brand is an infringement upon his name, Will.i.am, and he wants Pharrell to cease using the “I Am Other” on future projects. However, Pharrell has no intention of giving up his brand and wants the lawsuit dropped, for he feels as though no one would be confused as to who is running “I Am Other.”
Pharrell also believes Will.i.am has been accused of infringement so many times that it is ludicrous for him to actually come at Pharrell with these allegations. He hopes to have Will pay for his lawyer fees on top of having the case dismissed.
