Oscar De La Hoya’s curiously timed rehab visit may be explained by some very raunchy pictures that are currently floating around. According to TMZ, there are some “graphic photos” out there of De La Hoya on an alleged cocaine binge during a wild party in Las Vegas.
The pictures were apparently taken in a Vegas hotel room just a few weeks before his latest visit to rehab. In the photos, a man appearing to be De La Hoya is snorting a white substance off of a plate with a straw. The man attempting to sell the photos assured TMZ that the substance is cocaine.
Despite the Mayweather-Canelo fight going down as his biggest fight yet as a promoter, Oscar checked into rehab only four days prior. A severe cocaine addiction that simply needed immediate attention could explain that strange move.
The pictures haven’t been bought yet, and De La Hoya is evidently aware of them.
