”Wasn’t Anything Like That”
R&B star R. Kelly may or may not have had sex with his one-time protege, “Love & Hip Hop” star K. Michelle. Kelly mentored Michelle earlier in her musical career, and the singer-songwriter was asked by radio host Rashan Ali about the rumors. “We’ve listened to some music and took a couple of drinks backstage after my show and things like that,” Kelly said. “We did have a couple of drinks after the show, the Single Ladies tour and she did say she was she was single at one point. And then I got drunk and I don’t know what happened after that…I woke up and they told me that I had a very good time. I had to trust ’em.” But he changed his tune on Twitter shortly thereafter. “Once again, morning radio gettin’ crazy,” he tweeted. “Tryin’ to turn a backstage music hang with K. Michelle into somethin else.” “I respect K. Michelle as an artist and I apologize of anything was said that offended her,” he added. “Wasn’t anything like that.” |
