R. Kelly Creates "Black Panties Hotline" to Promote Album (@rkelly)

R. Kelly is not being subtle about the theme of his forthcoming album. If the “Black Panties” title and orgy cover art weren’t enough of a hint, the R&B icon has now launched a telephone hotline.

Fans can call into the “Black Panties Hotline” to set up the option of receiving eight messages from Kelly every month.

“It’s the official #BlackPanties droppin 2 week countdown! Hit up Kellz at the #BlackPanties Hotline to hear a brand new message from the man himself! Call 312-380-6596 now!” Kelly wrote on his Facebook page. 

“Black Panties” is slated to drop December 10th. Will you be calling the hotline?
