The Danish brewer Mikkeller is teaming up with Domino and Ribbon Music to create a series of custom, limited edition beers. Real Estate, White Lung, Hamilton Leithauser, and the Pastels teamed with Mikkeller’s brewing team and art director to create their individual signature beers.
The first two are Leithauser’s Black Hours Stout (named for his album Black Hours) and the Pastels’ Pastelism. They’re available anywhere Mikkeller beers are sold (and via their website). Find the beers’ labels below.
In other band/alcohol news, the Decemberists have released their own wine, Bandit Queen Pinot Noir, in collaboration with Oregon’s Penner-Ash Wine Cellars.
