If you were anxiously awaiting the reunion show for season 5 of "Basketball Wives"….you’ll be waiting forever. Because that ish has been ixnayed…and it’s all due to Evelyn Lozada saying she wants no parts of it.

Reports surfaced last night that the "BBW" reunion show was supposed to be taped earlier this month, but it didn’t happen. All because VH1 sources say Evelyn pulled out because she’s tired of the negativity the show breeds. And equally tired of people continuing to make a story out of her and ex-husband Chad Johnson. She’s over it.
We checked with Ev’s publicist, and we’re told it’s "absolutely true."
We also hear VH1 doesn’t believe there’s enough interest in the other girls’ stories to carry on an hour long reunion show. (We gotta agree with that.) So they ixnayed the entire thing.
Maybe this is the first step to the whole show getting the axe. Do we really need a season 6? Did anyone watch season 5? Maybe it’s about time we let that ish go.
Oh, and if you’re wondering what type of negativity Ev is speaking of….it could be this fight between Suzie and Kenya Bell (former cast member who returned likely just so this ish could go down) on the finale episode this week:
Chile…Suzie wasn’t ready. At all. Chick’s face got totally messed up by Kenya, who walked out looking like she JUST stepped out of her hair and makeup session.
It’s about that time we move on gals…
