It wasn’t too long ago that we talked about Tamera Mowry-Housley’s big chop at the Capella Salon with Curl Doctor Shai Amiel. And it looks like she’s chopped off even more hair.

The actress was excited about the change and seeing her hair healthier than ever. And she’s still embracing her curls, while encouraging others to do the same. “In love with my natural state,” she said with the photo above on Instagram. “Girls who are going natural. Be encouraged.”

As a working actress in Hollywood Mowry-Housley’s hair is constantly being styled, so the freedom of being natural is a reprieve. She also let’s fans know her secret to wearing it straight.

“For all the curly hair girls going through their transition stage. Couldn’t do it without you @ah aiamiel. One more cut and no more damaged straight ends. #noheatchallenge. If you see me with long straight hair. It’s an amazing wig.”
