Last night (Dec. 1st) BET aired the annual Soul Train Awards with Tamar Braxton, Janelle Monae and K. Michelle among the night’s biggest winners. Among the highlights at the Soul Train Awards was Jennifer Hudson’s opening act with a medley of new and old hits featuring Evelyn “Champagne” King, Chaka Khan and rapper T.I.
But perhaps the night’s most talked about moment came when Tamar Braxton took the stage to perform her song “Love & War”, which had everyone on Twitter chopping it up over her outfit. Many also chimed in to give their two cents over her performance, including Twitter user @alneeZy, who said “you can tell tamar watches beyonce performances and well…… tries.”
