The ladies’ trip to the Bahamas was supposed to bring relaxation and reconciliation, however, the voyage sets off to a rocky start when they start reflecting on their relationships with one another.
Meanwhile, Dr. Simone tries to get everyone back on track and arranges a medical mission for the less fortunate in order to regroup and focus their attention on helping others.
