After he learns that an inmate sexually assaulted Wyatt, Jim finally gets his son out of jail.

At the hospital, Hanna warns Allyah, the child welfare caseworker, to be thorough when she vets Candace to determine custody rights for Quincy Jr.

Later, Jim is ambushed on prime-time television while being interviewed by Dianna Whinchil.
