Seems like she’s been a teenager or grown woman for years now. But Willow Smith just turned 13 on Halloween. And she was spotted having a post-birthday lunch with her friends at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood this weekend.
She was also spotted rocking some dark vampy lipstick in the middle of lunch.
Did she pull what we all pulled as teenagers — slapping on makeup AFTER leaving the house? Jada & Will may not play that daily makeup stuff…
