Produced by Grammy winner Jasper Harris and Aaron Shadrow, “Latency” captures the ache of desire suspended in time. The track arrives fresh off the second leg of her Elite Vessel Tour, which saw sold-out crowds in Philly, Atlanta, and Orlando. Her debut album Elite Vessel, featuring Zelooperz, Alé Araya, and Billy Lemos, sparked a viral art installation in NYC where Gates spent 10 hours in a transparent box, confronting fame and connection head-on. This weekend, Lexa hits the stage at Governors Ball in her hometown of Queens, continuing a landmark year that includes festival appearances at Capitol Hill Block Party, Jazz Café (UK), and Outside Lands.
