Alicia Keys hosted Keep A Child Alive’s 10th Annual Black Ball at Hammerstein Ballroom last night in NYC.  And her fam and celeb friends were front and center.  Check out all the fab pics inside…

At the 10th Annual Black Ball last night, Swizz Beatz and Egypt hit the carpet with mom and wife Alicia Keys to support her huge cause.  The Keep A Child Alive organization–who hosts this annual ball–is dedicated to providing life-saving HIV treatment, care, nutritious food, support services and love to children and families affected by HIV in Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda and India.

So celebs came out in a few fabulous looks to support the cause.
